Frequently Asked Questions
Q1 How quickly will the dispatch office answer a new requirement?
Carriers received during business hours are acknowledged the same day. Most requirements get a first response within one working day, and a scoped route with sequence and schedule follows within three to five working days once we understand the site. Emergency work for stewardship clients is answered around the clock.
Q2 Do you work on sites outside the Magna and Salt Lake region?
Yes. The dispatch office in Magna, Utah is our base, and we travel for surveys, commissioning and acceptance across the United States. Remote stewardship, telemetry engineering and portal development are handled from our office with scheduled site visits as the program requires.
Q3 What should I include in my first message?
Include the type of site, the systems already installed, the outcome you need, any known downtime windows and the best way to reach you. You do not need a finished specification, because intake and survey are the first stage of the route. The more context you send, the more precise the returned docket will be.
